The Webpage provides information about the events under the name ‘’Change Makers’’ (hereinafter the ‘’Events’’), which have been organized by the Company, indicatively the events program, the speakers, the partners and/or the sponsors, the venue of each Event, in case the event is to be held in person, as well as constitutes the site of logging in- following identification of the user - to the platform for monitoring of the Event, in case it is to be held remotely. After the end of each Event, the speeches, photographic material and videos from the Event may be posted on the Website or the Webpage.

The Company, regarding the technical implementation of buying the participation in the abovementioned Events remotely , is in cooperation with the company under the name ‘’AGAPAI ΕPE’’ («ΑΓΑΠΑΕΙ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΚΗ ΕΠΕ»), which has its registered office at 39, 17th of November str., 15562 Cholargos, VAT number 099544920 , Tax Office of Cholargos and is supported by the eventora platform. The Company is in cooperation with Everypay for its online purchases. Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All Everypay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA & MasterCard. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully.
3. Online purchase of participation in an Event
3.1. How to purchase participation in an Event: The purchase of participation in the Event takes place through the subpage registration.vogue.gr. For the participation to be considered valid and for the proof of participation in the Event to be sent, the total cost of participation must be paid.
3.2. The type, duration and cost for each Event is formed according to the Company's pricing policy and is described in detail on the Website.
3.3. Payment Method: Payment can be made through EveryPay. Means of payment: credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard)
3.4. Cancellation Policy: For the confirmation of the registration, registration payment is required. In case of cancellation of the Event, the Company will refund the value of the registration minus any bank charges.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of the content and services of the Webpage, i.e. indicatively and not restrictively including, texts, photographs, drawings, programs, all kinds of files, trademarks/logos, layout of the Webpage, are protected by Greek, community and international laws on intellectual property and belong exclusively to the Company or its affiliated companies or to the participants of the Event that have given permission for the presentation of material of the Event through the Webpage. For this reason, the use, copying, reproduction and any other form of making available the material of the Event by any mechanical, visual, acoustic, or other means, intended for any exploitation or purpose, is prohibited.
5. Company Liability
5.1. The Company is not liable for any claims of legal or civil or criminal nature nor for any damage caused to anyone participating in the Event, due to a cause related to the content, the material of the program, as well as the information provided through the Event or the material provided and/or the content of the Event in general.
5.2. The Company and its associates make every effort for the safe and uninterrupted operation of the Webpage, does not guarantee that its operations or the external servers hosting it will be uninterrupted or without any kind of error, free from external viruses or other malicious software, and bears no liability for the caused inability of access thereof or for any damage (direct, indirect or other) resulting from the planned or unplanned outages of operation of the Webpage. In addition, it is not liable for damages of any kind that may be caused by the use of the platform and the Webpage, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, accidental, incidental and consequential.
