1. Introduction

1.1.The website ‘’changemakers.vogue.gr’’, hereinafter referred to as the ‘’Webpage’’, as well as the Website www.vogue.gr  is property of the company under the name "NEES KATHIMERINES EKDOSEIS SINGLE MEMBER S.A", based in Ethnarhou Makariou street and D. Falireos 2, PC 185 47 Neo Faliro, Piraeus, hereinafter referred to as the ‘’Company’’. The Company, through its Webpage, provides its services under the  user terms set in detail below,  alongside the user terms of the Website www.vogue.gr, which each visitor/user is kindly requested to read carefully and shall visit/make use of the page and services, only if he fully accepts them.
1.2. In case the provision of any service through the Webpage is regulated by specific user terms, these terms are considered as a whole with the User Terms and Conditions herein. However, in the event of a conflict of terms, the specific user terms of each service shall prevail.

2. Website Content – Services

2.1. The Webpage provides information about the events under the name ‘’Change Makers’’ (hereinafter the ‘’Events’’), which have been organized by the Company, indicatively the events program, the speakers, the partners and/or the sponsors, the venue of each Event, in case the event is to be held in person, as well as constitutes the site of logging in- following identification of the user - to the platform for monitoring of the Event, in case it is to be held remotely. After the end of each Event, the speeches, photographic material and videos from the Event may be posted on the Website or the Webpage.
2.2. The site offers the following services:

  • Online payment of registration fees for the participation in each Event
  • Information material (final program) for the Event – as long as it is provided

2.3.For the online purchase of participation in the Events, the Company cooperates with MORE.GR Electronic Services Single-Member S.A. (MORE.GR Ηλεκτρονικές Υπηρεσίες Μονοπρόσωπη Ανώνυμη Εταιρεία), having its registered office at 18-20 Amarousiou-Chalandriou Street, Maroussi, 15125, Greece, VAT No. 999898329, GEMI No. 6549001000, telephone +30 211 760 3000. When a user chooses to purchase a ticket, they are redirected to the secure online ticketing environment of MORE.GR, where the purchase transaction is completed exclusively under the terms and conditions of MORE.GR (https://www.more.com/gr-en/terms/). The user acknowledges and accepts that the purchase of tickets is governed by the applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms of MORE.GR, as available on the MORE.GR website, including any applicable service fees or transaction charges imposed by MORE.GR.

3. Online purchase of participation in an Event

3.1. How to purchase participation in an Event: Users may access the Event page through the Webpage. If they choose to purchase a ticket, they will be redirected to the MORE.GR online ticketing platform, where the purchase will be completed. The ticket purchase is carried out exclusively within the MORE.GR platform and is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of MORE.GR.
3.2. The type, duration and cost for each Event is formed according to the Company's pricing policy and is described in detail on the Website.
3.3. Payment Method: All payments are processed through the MORE.GR platform using the payment methods made available by MORE.GR at the time of the transaction. The available payment methods and the payment processing conditions are determined solely by MORE.GR.
3.4. Cancellation Policy: For the confirmation of the registration, registration payment is required. In case of cancellation of the Event, the Company will refund the value of the registration minus any bank charges. Any applicable service fees or transaction charges imposed by MORE.GR are displayed before completion of the purchase and form part of the total amount payable by the user.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of the content and services of the Webpage, i.e. indicatively and not restrictively including, texts, photographs, drawings, programs, all kinds of files, trademarks/logos, layout of the Webpage, are protected by Greek, community and international laws on intellectual property and belong exclusively to the Company or its affiliated companies or to the participants of the Event that have given permission for the presentation of material of the Event through the Webpage. For this reason, the use, copying, reproduction and any other form of making available the material of the Event by any mechanical, visual, acoustic, or other means, intended for any exploitation or purpose, is prohibited.

5. Company Liability

5.1. The Company is not liable for any claims of legal or civil or criminal nature nor for any damage caused to anyone participating in the Event, due to a cause related to the content, the material of the program, as well as the information provided through the Event or the material provided and/or the content of the Event in general.
5.2. The Company and its associates make every effort for the safe and uninterrupted operation of the Webpage, does not guarantee that its operations or the external servers hosting it will be uninterrupted or without any kind of error, free from external viruses or other malicious software, and bears no liability for the caused inability of access thereof or for any damage (direct, indirect or other) resulting from the planned or unplanned outages of operation of the Webpage. In addition, it is not liable for damages of any kind that may be caused by the use of the platform and the Webpage, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, accidental, incidental and consequential.
5.3. The Company is not liable for violation of these Terms due to reasons of force majeure, such as, indicatively and not restrictively, extreme weather events, earthquakes, floods, fires, emergency cases, pandemic, state containment measures to address pandemic phenomena, etc.

10. Any invalidity of some of the Terms hereof does not result in the invalidity of the rest. Failure by the Company to exercise its rights under these Terms does not imply its resignation from these rights.

11. Applicable Law – Competent Court

The above terms and conditions of use of the Webpage, as well as any amendment, change or alteration thereof, are governed by and supplemented by Greek law. If any provision of the above terms becomes illegal, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
