When and where is the conference taking place?

The Change Makers III is scheduled for November 5th, 2024. The venue for the event is Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall (Athens Concert Hall).

Who are the participants at this year’s event?

A full list of participants and their biographies will be made available on the Change Makers website closer to the date of the event.

How can I attend the Change Makers lll?

Admittance to the Conference will be contingent upon registration. Book your seat at registration.vogue.gr

How to register (note that the process has been revised):

1. Visit the site: registration.vogue.gr
2. Select the desired number of registrations.
3. Click Register.
4. Fill in the form Contact Person Details.
5. Choose whether you want to receive an invoice or a receipt.
6. Click Complete Registration.
7. Enter your credit or debit card details (Card information, Cardholder's name).
8. Click the Pay button.

Are there different registration categories?

No, there is one general registration category for Change Makers lll.
The full registration price is €170, but with an early-bird discount, registration costs only €65.

Your registration grants you full access to the Conference.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants cannot reserve or hold seats for others at any time during the Conference.

How will I receive my notice of registration after my purchase?

After purchasing your registration online, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-registration attached. Please save your e-registration on your phone or print it out and present it at the venue check-in.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, registrations are transferable. If you need to transfer your registration to another person, please contact us at changemakers@vogue.gr with the details of the new attendee. This service  is available up to October 21th, 2024, two weeks prior to the event.

Can I receive an invoice for the purchase of a registration?

You can receive an invoice for the registration to the conference. When acquiring the registrations, you can select “I would like to receive an invoice” and then fill in the fields with your company details. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provide on the registration purchase platform. If you need any additional information or clarification, please contact us by phone at +30 210 4808 290 or by email at changemakers@vogue.gr.

What is the refund policy for registrations?

All registration purchases (regardless of price) are final. After you complete your purchase, no refund can be issued. A transfer of registration (reassigning the registration and changing the details regarding the person who will be attending the Conference) is possible and can be done, after communicating with changemakers@vogue.gr, until October 21th, 2024.

In case of cancellation of the Conference due to force majeure, a refund will be issued by the organizer.

By purchasing the registration and participating in the Conference, you are unreservedly accepting the Conference terms and conditions, as well as the Change Makers lll privacy policy, all of which are detailed here

Is there a deadline for purchasing registrations?

Registrations can be purchased until they sell out. We encourage early purchase to ensure availability, especially for Early Bird registrations, which are limited in number.

Can I purchase tickets at the venue on the day of the event?

Tickets are ONLY available for purchase online. You can purchase your tickets through registration.vogue.gr

Do I need to bring a printed registration to the event?

Change Makers is an eco-friendly Conference and so we suggest that you download your digital registration onto your mobile device. As long as the digital ticket includes the barcode for scanning, it will be accepted at the event check-in.

What should I do if I haven’t received my registration confirmation email?

If you haven’t received your registration confirmation email within a few hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s not there, contact us at changemakers@vogue.gr for assistance.

Is there parking available at the venue?

If you come by car, you can park in the Concert Hall’s new three-level parking facility, which has spaces for 750 cars. The entrance is on Kokkali Street.

Are there any parking discounts or validations available?

There is no discount for the parking.

How can I get to the event by public transportation?

Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall (the Athens Concert Hall) is easily accessible by public transportation.

You can get there by public transport from any part of Athens:
•  By metro: it’s two minutes from the Concert Hall Metro Station to the door of the Concert Hall.
•  By bus: buses Ε14, Α5 and 550 stop right in front of the Concert Hall
•  By electrically powered bus: buses 10 and 3 stop right in front of the Concert Hall

Visitors to Athens can easily find the Concert Hall:
•  From the airport, you can take the Χ95 bus, or a 35-minute ride on the Metro will bring you to the Concert Hall.
•  From the central railway station, it’s just 30 minutes to the Concert Hall Metro station
•  From Piraeus, it’s just a half-hour ride on the Metro.

Will the Conference be recorded or live-streamed?

No, to follow the Conference it will be necessary to attend in person.
