When and where is the conference taking place?

The Change Makers IV is scheduled for November 3rd, 2026. The venue for the event is Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall (Athens Concert Hall).

Who are the participants at this year’s event?

A full list of participants and their biographies will be made available on the Change Makers website closer to the date of the event.

How can I attend the Change Makers IV?

Admittance to the Conference will be contingent upon registration. Book your seat at more.com

Are there different registration categories?

No, there is one general registration category for Change Makers IV.
The full registration price is €140, but with an early-bird discount, registration costs only €70.

Your registration grants you full access to the Conference.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants cannot reserve or hold seats for others at any time during the Conference.

How will I receive my notice of registration after my purchase?

After purchasing your registration online, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-registration attached. Please save your e-registration on your phone or print it out and present it at the venue check-in.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, registrations are transferable. If you need to transfer your registration to another person, please contact us at changemakers@vogue.gr with the details of the new attendee. This service  is available up to October 21th, 2026, two weeks prior to the event.

Can I receive an invoice for the purchase of a registration?

Yes. If you require an invoice, please complete your registration purchase first and then email us at changemakers@vogue.gr with your order number and the following invoicing details:

1. Company name
2. VAT number
3. Tax Office (if applicable)
4. Registered address
5. Any additional invoicing information required

Once we receive your request, we will issue the invoice and send it to the email address you provide.

What is the refund policy for registrations?

All registration purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of the registration price.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us at changemakers@vogue.gr. Registration transfer requests will be accepted until October 21, 2026, two weeks before the event.

In the event that the Conference is cancelled due to force majeure, registration fees will be refunded by the organizer. By purchasing a registration and attending the Conference, you agree to the Change Makers IV

Is there a deadline for purchasing registrations?

Registrations are available until they sell out.

We recommend purchasing your registration as early as possible to secure your place and benefit from the Super Early Bird and Early Bird registration rates while they are available.

Can I purchase tickets at the venue on the day of the event?

Tickets are ONLY available for purchase online. You can purchase your tickets through more.com

Do I need to bring a printed registration to the event?

Change Makers is an eco-friendly Conference and so we suggest that you download your digital registration onto your mobile device. As long as the digital ticket includes the barcode for scanning, it will be accepted at the event check-in.

What should I do if I haven’t received my registration confirmation email?

If you haven’t received your registration confirmation email within a few hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s not there, contact us at changemakers@vogue.gr for assistance.

Is there parking available at the venue?

If you come by car, you can park in the Concert Hall’s new three-level parking facility, which has spaces for 750 cars. The entrance is on Kokkali Street.

Are there any parking discounts or validations available?

There is no discount for the parking.

How can I get to the event by public transportation?

Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall (the Athens Concert Hall) is easily accessible by public transportation.

You can get there by public transport from any part of Athens:
•  By metro: it’s two minutes from the Concert Hall Metro Station to the door of the Concert Hall.
•  By bus: buses Ε14, Α5 and 550 stop right in front of the Concert Hall
•  By electrically powered bus: buses 10 and 3 stop right in front of the Concert Hall

Visitors to Athens can easily find the Concert Hall:
•  From the airport, you can take the Χ95 bus, or a 35-minute ride on the Metro will bring you to the Concert Hall.
•  From the central railway station, it’s just 30 minutes to the Concert Hall Metro station
•  From Piraeus, it’s just a half-hour ride on the Metro.

Will the Conference be recorded or live-streamed?

No, to follow the Conference it will be necessary to attend in person.
