Thaleia Karafyllidou
Thaleia Karafyllidou was born in Thessaloniki and graduated from the American College Anatolia. She studied Law at Aristotle University and Communication at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, both in Greece, and her Masters’ degree, in Intellectual Property Law, is from the University of Manchester, England, where she is currently a PhD candidate with a focus on Copyright Law and on new business models in the film industry. Karafyllidou worked as Public Relations and Marketing Manager for the Thessaloniki International Film Festival for five years and has had several senior roles as an international media specialist in various industries in Greece and the United Kingdom. In 2018, Conde Nast International appointed her as the Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Greece, the youngest-ever editor-in-chief in the history of this worldwide “fashion bible”.
