Filep Motwary
Filep Motwary is an Independent Fashion Curator, a published Author and Fashion Critic, Photographer and Art Director.
Since 2018, he is the Editor-at-Large of Vogue Greece.
He has curated several fashion exhibitions, including SYNERGY: Art into Fashion (A. G. Leventis Museum, CY 04.22 – 09.22) and the blockbuster “Haute-à-Porter” (Modemuseum Hasselt, BE, 04.16 – 09.16) for which he was also the author of the best-selling book with the same title ( Lannoo, distribution Rizzoli). The exhibition was ranked by Forbes as one of the top three for that year.
In 2019, he released his second book titled Theorem[a]: The Body, Emotion + Politics in Fashion, published by Skira featuring his in-depth conversations with fashion pioneers such as Hussein Chalayan, MET’s Harold Koda, Jean Paul Gaultier, Michèle Lamy, Nick Knight, Suzy Menkes, Iris Van Herpen […]

Motwary is a visiting lecturer at Polimoda University in Florence focusing on both the practice of Curating Fashion and Art Direction, since 2013.
